Who and when was the company founded?
Business Formula was founded on July 4, 2010 by brothers Varhanich Artem and Maxim, who studied Computer Systems at the National Aviation University.
THE MAIN IDEA
At that time, the Internet was gaining speed and businessmen in Ukraine began to be interested in the presence of their companies in the World Wide Web. We saw that the approach, when the developer creates a site from scratch for the client, and then stops to engage it competently (service), brings more inconvenience and frustration than benefit. Therefore, the basis of our company’s work was the idea of responsibility and care for the client from the beginning to create a turnkey website and beyond.

WHO ARE OUR CLIENTS
Our clients are: Organizations, groups, businessmen and individuals who produce products (goods or services) that are necessary for society to prosper and improve. We don’t work with companies, groups or individuals whose activities are anti-social – related to breaking laws, causing harm or not benefiting people or society.
COMPANY DESTINATION
Often when a company is created, the owner or founder is faced with the question: what is the purpose of his company?
And the answer to this question is very important, because it largely determines its future. This is the question that we also faced. We had to answer the following sub-questions in order to resolve it:
How do we want to be useful to society and people?
What do we want to receive income, support and goodwill for?
How are we going to take care of our customers?
Having considered these sub-questions, we formulated the following mission of Business Formula Company:
